The schedule for the scholarship registration for international students in June 2019 is as follows:
Fenglin Campus:
Date: 12-13, June (Wed, Thu)
Time: 9:00-11:00am, 14:00-16:00pm
Location: Room 303, Foreign Students Dormitory
Handan Campus:
Date: 12-13, June (Wed, Thu)
Time: 9:00-11:30am, 13:30-16:00pm
Location: Room 106, International Students Office
Time: 11:30am-13:30pm
Location: Room 103, International Students Office
Notes:
1. If unable register on time by yourself, you will need to fill in “Absence from Scholarship Registration Request Form” with signature and approval from your school, then submit it to International Students Office. (The Request Form could be downloaded from Downloads on International Students Office website lxfyc.com.)
2. All scholarship students, except those with temporary absence from school (休學) or cooperative training programme (聯合培養), ought to register on time.
3. Please carry your own personal e-campus card and passport for registration. Those without e-campus card and passport cannot register (electronic version or picture is not acceptable). You need to register by yourself.
